Our standard delivery method is Registered Airmail, which enables delivery to reach you in 7 to 14 BUSINESS days. (NO Including Saturday & Sunday) & (NO Weekend Deliveries).

We processes and ship most orders within 2 to 3 (working days) of receipt.

Notice for Refund / Replacement: Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning discs. We are not responsible for lost of returned items. Customers may request for a refund or exchange for the discs that are found defective on first hand use (i.e. manufacturing or physical defects).

Signature Delivery

Registered airmail packages require signature upon delivery. Please make sure that there'll be a person to sign for the package at the address that you've provided us. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the post office and a notice will be left for you to pickup the package at the post office, or arrange a re-delivery.

Package Not Yet Arrived

If you have not received your package after the estimated delivery time, please contact your local post office to make an inquiry.

If the package is still not found, please contact our Customer Service department by email. An official track and trace of your registered mail package can be made after 30 days.
